Your tasks
- You can use your expertise and experience in a targeted way and actively support us in improving the processes of the care unit
- You help ensure that collaboration within the team takes place on an equal footing, constructively and interprofessionally
- You are helping to implement our concept of care unit and you are constantly developing it with us.
- In collaboration with the interprofessional care team, you help stabilize patients and thus improve their quality of life.
- In close collaboration with the management of the care unit, you guarantee patient-centred care, evidence and outcomes, especially in difficult situations
- You are responsible for guaranteeing and promoting the quality of care in the unit
- You provide specialized advice and coaching to nurses in the care process
- You lead clinical case discussions within the team
- You are actively involved in the implementation and development of the concept of care unit
Your profile
- You completed an ES/HES graduate nurse training
- You can justify at least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in a therapeutic center or similar field
- You think in a way focused on goals and people
- You resist stress well and like to meet the challenges encountered in an acute psychiatric unit
