We act as ONE team for the success of SRG. Together with other areas, finance is responsible for strategic management, targeted allocation of funds and creates transparency for sustainable decisions.

As Head of Technical FM Nord & Ost, you and your teams are involved in the following topics day after day at various locations in German Switzerland:
- Ensuring (7x24) technical operations, facilities and energy supply at all SRG locations in the region
- Optimized operation within the framework of the annually concluded service level agreements with the location managers and regional customers
- Promotion, safeguarding and development of professional know-how in Technical Faciltiy Management
- Continuous further development of employees, operational FM processes and optimal operational organization
- Your approximately 18 employees and various external providers at different locations
- Periodic interregional cooperation also with the regions South (RSI) and West (RTS) in the sense of optimized and uniform operational management and for an SRG

- Higher education (FH, HF, Bsc/Msc) in HVAC, building automation or facility management with heavyweight building systems
- Many years of management experience in the operation of critical infrastructures (hospital, airport, production, laboratory, data center or similar)
- In-depth experience in the areas of building technology, building automation, energy & environment, project management and construction-related FM
- Excellent experience and expertise in negotiations and in contract management
- Good experience in dealing with various internal and external stakeholders resp. Stakeholders
- Leadership experience in complex, multicultural and cross-locational organizations (D/F)

Langjährige Führungs- Erfahrungen im Betrieb von kritischen Infrastrukturen (Spital, Flughafen, Produktion, Labor, Datacenter o.ä.)
Fundierte Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Haustechnik, Gebäudeautomation, Energie & Umwelt, Projektmanagement und Baubegleitenden FM
Ausgezeichte Erfahrungen und Expertise in Verhandlungen und im Vertragsmanagement
Gute Erfahrungen im Umgang mit diversen internen und externen Stakeholdern resp. Anspruchsgruppen
Führungserfahrung in komplexen, multikulturellen und standort- und sprachübergreifenden Organisationen (D/F)
