Tasks
In this responsible position, you assume operational responsibility for housekeeping in the Domicil Competence Center Bethlehemacker. You will be supported by the higher-ranking head of housekeeping from the Bern West habitat.
You are responsible for the housekeeping processes in the area of cleaning as well as the service on the residential groups and ensure a professional appearance. You lead your housekeeping team professionally and personnel and ensure a high quality of service as well as compliance with quality standards. In addition to the management tasks, you actively take on services and support your team in day-to-day operations, also on holidays or weekends. You work closely with other departments and contribute to a good interdisciplinary cooperation.
As part of the replacement new building, in May 2027 almost 3 years move to Ostermundigen. With the coordination of the relocation, the commissioning of the transition location and the construction project of a state-of-the-art dementia center, exciting and instructive tasks await you over the next few years. The position is aimed at experienced professionals as well as ambitious young talents. Initial leadership experience is required.
Requirements
- Professional/hotel industry EFZ or comparable qualification
- Higher further development is advantageous
- Healthcare experience is beneficial
- Multi-year management experience
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
