The national competence center HR SRG manages the strategic human resources business of SRG and coordinates the HR departments of the company units. The Competence Center sets the framework conditions and ensures equal treatment throughout the company.

You are directly subordinate to the Head of Human Resources and Cultural Development and are responsible for the overall coordination and management of a portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects within the framework of cultural development. This cross-cutting function without leadership responsibility builds on your ability to influence, mobilize people and coordinate activities across language, regional and professional boundaries.

• Managing a strategic project portfolio: planning, coordinating and managing several cultural transformation projects independently
• Ensure cooperation between departments, regions and language regions as well as promote the implementation of agreed measures and milestones
• Diagnosis and data-based control: conduct stakeholder and impact analyses, evaluate cultural diagnoses and employee surveys to derive recommendations and measure progress

• Master's degree in social sciences, organizational psychology, business administration or a similar field
• Additional training in change management or organizational development is an advantage
• Several years of experience in change management and cultural transformation, ideally both in consulting and in a company, including comprehensive reorganizations
• Proven experience in the management and control of cross-sectoral cultural initiatives and projects as well as in cooperation with leaders
• Safe use of diagnostic methods (effect analyses, surveys, cultural diagnoses) and a data-based approach
• Demonstrated ability to bring people together and advance projects without hierarchical authority: diplomacy, political flair and persistence
• Excellent knowledge of German and French in words and writing
• Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Sensitivity to the challenges of a multilingual environment and a public institution
