Tasks
- You lead around six employees professionally and in terms of personnel
- You ensure high customer satisfaction
- You carry the budget and earnings responsibility according to defined annual targets
- You promote your employees in a step-by-step manner and ensure their professional competence and the next generation
- You achieve the defined provider and service quota targets in your area of responsibility
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in the retail trade with further training in sales and/or business administration
- You have several years of leadership experience and proven product knowledge in the field of consumer electronics
- You have very good team and communication skills
- Customer- and solution-oriented attitude with strong negotiating skills is a matter of course for you
- You are a flexible, committed and resilient personality and have a goal-oriented and networked mindset
- You master the German language perfectly and communicate stylishly in French and/or Italian
