Tasks

In this key position, you will take over the site management company maintenance at the Schönegg site and lead a team of five employees (with a management team colleague) over the other 4 companies and the pharmacy. You ensure that all business maintenance services are provided professionally, economically and customer-oriented. You will coordinate and monitor the maintenance, maintenance and repair work on buildings, technical facilities and outdoor facilities across all five locations. You are the contact person for internal and external partners, responsible for purchasing and budgeting and ensure the management of inventories, machines and operating resources. In addition, you work closely with property managers, take over the function as security officer:r and organize training for employees. The organization and active participation in the pikett and winter service are also part of your area of responsibility.

As a manager, you manage the area of company maintenance professionally and personnel, promote the further development of your employees and ensure optimal cooperation with the various interfaces. In addition, you will push ahead with the development of a training place and create the conditions to train future apprentice EFZ

Requirements

• Housekeeper:in with Federal Professional ID or Facility Manager:in FH
• Training as Security Officer:r (SiBe)
• Further education or training as a vocational training manager: r
• Additional training in leadership, technology or facility management is advantageous
• Several years of professional experience in business maintenance or facility management
• Several years of leadership experience
• Experience in the management of technical installations and buildings
• Experience in the application of CAFM system is beneficial
• Experience in budget responsibility and procurement processes
• Negotiation skills in dealing with service providers and suppliers
