The People & Culture division of the Biel Hospital Center (SZB) is jointly responsible for managing personnel requirements and personnel deployment and makes a significant contribution to the further development of the overall organization. As a trusted partner, we support supervisors and employees professionally and efficiently in their personnel concerns. Our goal is to help shape the culture of the SZB beyond the traditional HR tasks and to offer innovative solutions for all managers and employees. Team Leader / Team Leader HR Administration 80-100%
Our job - your tasks
- Central contact person for administrative HR topics of the entire hospital
- Professional and personnel management of the HR administration team with 6 people
- Ensuring professional and timely personnel administration from entry to exit
- Participation in the further development, standardization and digitalization of administrative HR processes
- Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT and external bodies
- Preparation of HR reports, statistics and evaluations
- Participation in HR projects and change initiatives
Your skills – our requirements
- Completed further training as HR specialist with federal FA (or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in an HR function, preferably in a dynamic and multilingual environment
- Secure handling of ERP systems and digital affinity (knowledge of SAP Success Factors is an advantage)
- Flowing in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language

- High service orientation with hands-on mentality, adaptable to changing requirements, responsible, capable of teamwork and a positive and future-oriented leadership culture
