Whether as a beginner in leadership or a nurse with several years of professional experience in psychiatric care - we accompany you on your career path into leadership responsibility. In this position, together with the medical-psychological management, you will take over the medical-therapeutic, organizational and conceptual management of the private department. Your responsibilities
- You lead the nursing team of the private department in terms of personnel and expertise: from induction to employee interviews to targeted support in everyday life
- You regularly work in the nursing service yourself, look after patients directly and are therefore present and approachable for your team in everyday life.
- Together with the medical-psychological management, you will lead the department and develop treatment concepts, processes and services interprofessionally.
- You ensure that our patients are the focus: with individual, psychotherapeutically oriented care and a high standard of hospitality
- You ensure a needs-based personnel and assignment planning and focus on participation: your team actively and independently shapes the service planning
- You develop care quality and processes continuously, in the sense of shared governance with nursing and education expertise as well as with lean instruments such as the Kaizen board
- You live an open dialogue and error culture where mistakes are considered learning opportunities and team well-being counts your profile
- You are a qualified nurse AKP/DN II/HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry and several years of professional experience
- You have a leadership training (CAS-Leadership or similar). Ideally, you already have leadership experience
