Introduction
For our Industrialization & Production Support sector, we are looking for a (M/F) Transverse Project Manager whose main mission will be to pilot projects aimed at improving the performance, reliability and efficiency of industrialization and production activities.
Responsibilities
- Framework, plan and manage projects, ensuring time, cost and quality
- Conduct workshops and working groups to develop pragmatic and shared solutions
- Support teams in problem solving and improving their practices
- Federate all contributors around goals and value teamwork
- Identify and monitor key indicators, anticipate risks and implement the necessary corrective actions
- Ensure communication with stakeholders and steering bodies
- Disseminating methods, tools and good practices for project management and continuous improvement
Profile
- Advanced training in project management, industrial engineering, organization or equivalent field
- Successful experience in project management and/or facilitation of continuous improvement approaches in the industrial environment is highly appreciated
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) and Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
- Ability to structure complex topics, analyze data and transform ideas into action plans
- Transverse leadership, a sense of facilitation and the ability to federate without direct reporting
- Rigor, autonomy, initiative and excellent relational qualities
