Would you like to actively shape the grid at the Uetendorf location? As Team Lead Grid Construction Uetendorf, you take responsibility for exciting projects and ensure that you and your team implement all assignments efficiently and reliably.
Your area of responsibility
- You lead a team of 11 employees both professionally and personally, ensuring that orders are implemented efficiently and in a structured manner
- You plan, coordinate, and monitor projects in grid and lighting construction from preparation to handover
- You carefully inspect construction sites and ensure compliance with safety and QUA regulations
- You professionally instruct fitters and support the training of apprentices
- Furthermore, you provide materials, tools, and vehicles so that all work proceeds precisely and productively
Your strengths
- You have a basic technical education, ideally supplemented by advanced higher education or a federal professional certificate
- Several years of experience in grid construction or a similar environment enable you to master complex tasks with confidence
- You coordinate your team, promote strengths, and secure results
- Structured and efficient working methods are second nature to you
- Handling IT applications is easy for you, and you are ready to pitch in for on-call duty when needed
- You feel confident in the German language
