At the Fraubrunnen site, we are looking for a workshop manager to strengthen our team with immediate effect or by appointment.

These tasks inspire you
- Leadership, motivation and further development of the workshop team including our apprentices
- Planning and control of workshop utilization as well as service and repair orders
- Responsibility for quality, deadlines and profitability
- Advising our customers on all aspects of service, maintenance and repairs
- Preparation and support of cost estimates and repair orders
- Close cooperation with sales and spare parts service
- Communication with customers, suppliers and sales partners
- Organization of the on-call service during the harvest season
- Active further development of our procedures and processes
We are looking forward to this profile
- Completed training as an agricultural, construction machinery or truck mechanic EFZ or comparable technical professions
- Further training as a workshop manager/diagnostic technician
- Several years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in agricultural technology, as well as management experience is an advantage
- Fluency in German and French is an advantage
- Communicative and down-to-earth personality who is willing to lend a hand
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High quality and customer orientation

- Category B driving licence
