- The development of our vocational trainers and the individual promotion of our learners and participants – both professionally and personally.
- Supporting the situation in challenging moments, as well as the continuous monitoring and observation of learning progress
- The planning and execution of administrative tasks, for example in the recruitment and contract process.
- Building relationships with employees at our locations and working with vocational trainers, the local HR teams and cantonal authorities.
- Compliance with all relevant requirements – from cantonal and federal regulations to internal standards.
- The co-creation of local and national projects and strategies with which we further develop IKEA as a future-oriented and human-centered training company.
