Forte affinité pour l'informatique et vous savez transmettre des sujets complexes de manière précise et adaptée aux destinataires.
Diplôme tertiaire HES ou universitaire en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et formation continue en gestion d'entreprise ou volonté de la suivre, ce qui complète votre profil.
De très bonnes connaissances d'allemand et de bonnes connaissances d'une autre langue nationale sont exigées de votre part.

What awaits you.
As Regional Logistics and Production Manager for the Central region within CFF Infrastructure, your priority is first-rate supply for our partners.
You assume responsibility for the human and technical management of your region and contribute to the development of logistics and production on a national scale.
Your attention is focused on the optimal management of around fifteen surface warehouses in the Central region and on efficient production at the RBC Regional Rail Technology Center.
The aim is to ensure the most efficient and partner-oriented supply of infrastructure equipment and operating resources.
What you can make move.
You strategically and operationally manage the various surface warehouses as well as the RBC Regional Railway Technology Center in the Central region, you manage them according to business management principles and you develop them with strategic projects such as new constructions.

Through your action, you regularly monitor and optimize the organization, costs, stocks, processes and storage locations by means of projects, process introductions and continuous improvement.
Through your open and transparent communication, you guarantee constructive collaboration with internal partners from the areas of availability and maintenance, construction projects and technology.
For your scope, you actively advance cross-functional projects of the CFF and the Infrastructure division such as migration to SAP S/4, cost savings programs or reorganizations.
What you bring.
You are an integrative, communicative, open, flexible and determined person with strong social skills.
Conceptual and analytical thinking combined with a structured and autonomous way of working as well as a strong field orientation characterize you.
You are willing to go the extra mile.
Experience in leading logistics, supply chain or production organizations, and you know how to adapt your leadership style to the situation.
Strong affinity for IT and you know how to convey complex subjects in a precise and tailored manner to the recipients.
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of another national language is required of you.
