- Implementation of the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and contract negotiations
Application process
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through comprehensive support of candidates during the entire application process
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in order to understand the requirements of the positions and to be able to fill them in the best possible way
- Management of all administrative activities and co-responsibility for the processing of tickets
- Identification and addressing of qualified candidates via social networks
- Support for the introduction of a new recruiting tool and active participation in the continuous optimization of recruiting processes
- Support in employer branding, especially in the definition of HR marketing measures Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience: as a recruiting partner
- Completed initial or further training: in the commercial/business sector with further training in HR/Recruiting
