- Professional management of the assigned employees (including briefings and assignment planning) as well as smooth transfer of planning requirements into dynamic day-to-day business.
- Handling of incoming and outgoing trains, organisation and control of shunting manoeuvres (including journeys according to FDV) as well as carrying out the technical train inspection.
Main responsibilities
- Professional management of the assigned employees (including briefings and assignment planning) as well as smooth transfer of planning requirements into dynamic day-to-day business.
- Handling of incoming and outgoing trains, organisation and control of shunting manoeuvres (including journeys according to FDV) as well as carrying out the technical train inspection.
- Communication and cooperation with central interfaces such as the control centre, transport dispatch, network line and locomotive personnel.
- Predictive management of equipment on the hub, continuous monitoring of operational processes and solution-oriented corrective action in the event of an event.
- Active participation in the creation of new hub and shunting concepts, participation in the continuous improvement process. Requirements
- Completed train driver training (cat Ai40/A40) or HGC category C/C/E
- Willingness to acquire the missing qualification (driving licence C/CE or shunting A40/Ai40)
