You will be responsible for respecting quality standards, facilitating quality assurance procedures and ensuring product compliance HOW DO YOU GET A IMPACT? Guarantee of conformity of products Ensure that finished products and components comply with established standards Verify overall process capacity (production and control means) Ensure that the product standard complies with customer expectations (aesthetics, ergonomics, integrity, regulations) Update quality standards based on validated improvements (control ranges, fault catalogues) Provide day-to-day operational quality support to the team. Contribution to the Quality Assurance approach Provide technical support and identify team training needs. Train production staff in quality methods (self-control, SPC, etc.). Compile and analyze non-quality data (starts, exchanges, customer complaints) and ensure reporting. Lead problem solving and improvement approaches (products, processes) in collaboration with the team. Coordinate quality assurance procedures (sampling rules, sampling frequencies, etc.). Ensure the validity of controls and propose improvements. Participation in progress initiatives Participate in continuous improvement projects within the UAP.
