- Ensure conformity of products and deliveries according to OMEGA quality requirements.
- Participate in the introduction of new components through the process of validation of preseries.
- Defining, monitoring and analysing quality performance indicators to ensure effective management of the activity.
- Ensure the deployment, updating and compliance of quality guidelines with suppliers.
- Conduct quality monitoring of suppliers by setting up the necessary controls, audits and action plans.
- Develop a partnership relationship with suppliers to promote continuous improvement and alignment with OMEGA standards.
- Pilot claims and non-compliances by coordinating analyses, corrective and preventive actions and their follow-up.
- Federate the various internal and external actors around the resolution of quality issues.
- Participate in the capitalisation of feedback and the sharing of good practices.

- Current French, both oral and written.
- Mastery of English and/or German is an asset. Formation et expérience
- CFC, Technicien ES ou diplôme d’Ingénieur dans les domaines de l’horlogerie, de la microtechnique ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée dans le domaine du mouvement horloger.
- Excellente maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques et du tolérancement.
- Bonne connaissance des outils qualité liés au suivi fournisseurs et à la résolution de problèmes (KPI, audits, 8D, analyses de causes, plans d’actions, etc.).
- Maîtrise de SAP, notamment des modules MM, PP et QM.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants, en particulier la suite Microsoft Office.
- Une connaissance des outils d’Excellence Opérationnelle (Lean Manufacturing) constitue un atout. Compétences personnelles et relationnelles
- Aisance dans la collaboration transversale avec différents départements internes et partenaires fournisseurs.
