The Medical Department is looking for, for its advanced age department in its outpatient sector, a: Referent psychotherapist psychologist in psychogeriatrics 80% s/ref: R2025171 The outpatient service offers therapeutic monitoring to people who present with psychological disorders of various natures, whether in acute crisis situations or facing more progressive settling-in disorders.

Master's degree in psychology and postgraduate psychotherapy qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience as a psychologist-psychotherapist
Familiarity with Swiss and cantonal health systems Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams Excellent analytical and synthesis skills Adaptability and openness to change Experience in supervision and training Proficiency in French language

Ensure the application of therapeutic methods based on the best scientific evidence
Contribute to continuing training and mental health advice to partners.

Know the organization of the Swiss and cantonal health system.
Have several years of experience (min. 3 years) as a psychologist-psychotherapist, with proven practice in individual, family and group psychotherapy.
Have successfully supervised fellow psychologists and demonstrated an interest in training the next generation and transmitting knowledge.
Be able to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate effectively with the network.
Demonstrate great adaptability and openness to change.
Be autonomous, with a sense of initiative and responsibility.
Demonstrate excellent analytical, synthesis and organizational skills.
Have good listening and interpersonal skills, as well as a taste for teaching and creativity in finding solutions.
Master the French language and common IT tools.
