Company and context
- You have a Master’s degree (MSc or MA) in Psychology, preferably with a focus on Applied Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology or a comparable psychological discipline
- You have very good knowledge of German or French in word and writing.
- Knowledge of the other language is an advantage
- You have experience in accompanying people in change processes You bring social security skills
