Special areas of expertise include the treatment of depression including burnout as well as anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders. The clinic offers its outpatient, daily clinical and inpatient services in the region of Bern, Münchenbuchsee and Biel and employs around 340 employees at all three locations. In this position, you take over the professional and organizational management of the ambulatory and together with an interprofessional team ensure a high-quality, patient-oriented treatment. In addition to the self-responsible psychotherapeutic case management, you coordinate and develop the outpatient processes further. You accompany, supervise and promote your employees and create an open, appreciative cooperation. In addition, you are responsible for treatment planning and patient management, coordinate organizational and administrative processes and contribute to the further development of treatment quality. You are involved in interprofessional cooperation as well as in further education and training and actively participate in the further development of the ambulatorium. • University degree in psychology and completed postgraduate training in psychotherapy (specialist psychologist or federally recognized psychotherapist)
