Together we shape the future of paediatric medicine In the Maison de la Santé, just a few steps from Biel station, we create a place where children and their families are at the centre of attention and feel safe, understood and well looked after. With MEDIN Kids, a new outpatient children’s centre is being built in the Maison de la Santé in Biel with a wide range of specialized consultation hours. Different medical and therapeutic disciplines work closely together and bundle their expertise for comprehensive, coordinated care of children and adolescents under one roof. The offer includes, among others, developmental paediatrics, psychology, paediatric physiotherapy and paediatric ergotherapy. Interprofessional cooperation enables short paths, coordinated treatment concepts and holistic care that is consistently oriented towards the needs of children, adolescents and their families. As a member of our team, you take responsibility for your patients and actively participate in the development and development of this forward-looking outpatient children’s center. - Assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with psychological issues
- Psychological and psychotherapeutic support for children, adolescents and their families
- Assessment of complex developmental, emotional and psychosocial issues
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with paediatric focus areas such as developmental paediatrics, psychology and therapeutic specialists
- Cooperation with schools, early support agencies, authorities and other external partners
- Leadership, coaching and professional support of employees
- Participation in the development of an interdisciplinary consultation for early childhood regulation disorders, pain disorders and adolescent medicine

- Title and completed degree in psychology
- Professional experience in child and adolescent psychology and child and adolescent psychotherapy
- Interest in the above priority areas
- Leadership experience is beneficial
- Professional authorisation or the conditions for obtaining it (depending on the function)
- Enjoying an interdisciplinary, family-oriented and holistic way of working
- High social skills and an appreciative approach to children, young people, families and employees
- Self-employed, responsible and structured working methods
- Commitment to actively shape a new outpatient children’s center
- They speak the languages German and French fluently in word and writing
- Both languages are required for this position
