Role overview
We are looking for a process engineer for our production plant in Zurich immediately or by agreement (f/m/d), 100% As a process engineer, you ensure the introduction of new products in the area of production, you carry out process optimizations and continuously improve the quality of the product groups under supervision.
You appreciate a varied, independent function in which you can use your cross-divisional thinking and your analytical, networked thinking.
Constant optimization of manufacturing processes with regard to EHS, quality and their cost-effectiveness Cause analysis of faulty batches, initiation of improvement measures (using Kaizen tools, problem-solving story, etc.) Implementation of the required specifications and ensuring compliance with standards through suitable processes in the assigned area of responsibility: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Processing of damage cases and complaints, trouble shooting in the case of quality problems PCP-compliant introduction of new / adapted products, packaging and raw material alternatives Internal training in the case of introduction of new process technologies and products Support of plants in internal audits Creation and maintenance of production and filling papers for production as well as quality-relevant work instructions
