Tasks
- You coordinate and implement maintenance work and smaller construction projects at our locations throughout Switzerland
- You realize approved investment projects
- You create annual budgets together with the location managers
- You lead projects independently and coordinate external teams
- You make sure that costs, deadlines and quality are met
- You drive the further development and use of new technologies
- You actively participate in the implementation of our sustainability topics
Requirements
- You have technical and/or craft training in the construction sector and have experience in project management
- You are familiar with facility management and retail business
- You have experience in the realization of building technology and construction projects
- You have in-depth PC knowledge, especially in MS Office
- Ideally, you already have professional experience
- You have knowledge of French
- You are team-ready, open, flexible and loyal
