Service cases via phone, email and ticketing system.

• They develop sustainable technical solutions, communicate these solutions to First Level support and

ensure high service quality.

• They collect, analyze and evaluate recurring problems, identify systematic errors and drive

actively promote continuous quality improvement.

• You act as an interface to Third Level Support (manufacturer), maintain Windows-based machine controls

and create service documentation as well as documentation for coordination meetings.

• They have completed basic technical training and combine technical understanding with a

strong affinity for commercial and organizational issues.

• They bring at least two years of experience in a comparable function, ideally in industrial or

technical environment.

• Terms such as milling, electrical engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC programming are part of your professional

• They work safely with Windows-based systems and provide solid knowledge of computer science for handling

Machine controls and ticketing tools.
