- Your main responsibilities will include: Setting and monitoring of the projects entrusted (objectives, deliverables, planning, risk analysis and problem solving).
- Defining and developing technical solutions and problem solving within the project.
- Experience in managing research and development projects in the field of precious materials
- In-depth knowledge of research and development techniques Strong planning and time management skills
Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will include: Setting and monitoring of the projects entrusted (objectives, deliverables, planning, risk analysis and problem solving).
- Defining and developing technical solutions and problem solving within the project.
- Sharing of results with our internal partners.
- The project is structured and monitored with our external partners (industrial, academic, etc.).
- Formalisation of results and lessons learned at different stages of the project, the project's progress to facilitate the management and capitalization of results.
- Development and strengthening of knowledge in the field of precious metal materials.
- Support for the realization of castings of, alloys and thermomechanical transformations in laboratory format or via production equipment.
- Depainting and synthesis of metallographic characterization in conjunction with the materials laboratory.
- The scientific and technical review of R&I projects in its field of expertise.
- Close collaboration with the Group's Head and House to ensure a successful transfer of project results.
Key requirements
- Experience in managing research and development projects in the field of precious materials
- In-depth knowledge of research and development techniques Strong planning and time management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Language skills: French, English, and German Analytical and problem-solving skills
