HOW TO GO GO TO GO TO SEE A IMPACT?

Main responsibilities

  • Your main responsibilities will include: Setting and monitoring of the projects entrusted (objectives, deliverables, planning, risk analysis and problem solving).
  • Defining and developing technical solutions and problem solving within the project.
  • Sharing of results with our internal partners.
  • The project is structured and monitored with our external partners (industrial, academic, etc.).
  • Formalisation of results and lessons learned at different stages of the project, the project's progress to facilitate the management and capitalization of results.
  • Development and strengthening of knowledge in the field of precious metal materials.
  • Support for the realization of castings of, alloys and thermomechanical transformations in laboratory format or via production equipment.
  • Depainting and synthesis of metallographic characterization in conjunction with the materials laboratory.
  • The scientific and technical review of R&I projects in its field of expertise.
  • Close collaboration with the Group's Head and House to ensure a successful transfer of project results.

Key requirements

  • Experience in managing research and development projects in the field of precious materials
  • In-depth knowledge of research and development techniques Strong planning and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
  • Language skills: French, English, and German Analytical and problem-solving skills
