Company and context
- Gradually familiarize yourself with operational, organizational and leadership-related topics related to data center operations
- Completed higher specialist training at FH or HF level in electrical engineering, systems engineering, ICT, building technology or a comparable discipline and several years of experience as Senior Project Manager, ICT Project Manager, IT Infrastructure Project Manager or in a comparable role
- Good understanding of technical relationships in the ICT and infrastructure environment as well as strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management and reporting
- Experience with classical and/or agile project methods
- Business management understanding and a safe handling of budgets, costs and priorities
- High personal responsibility, commitment and implementation strength
- Interest in long-term development towards operational responsibility and leadership
