Main responsibilities
- The methodical support of those responsible for the construction project and training of employees are also part of your responsibilities.
- You are the contact person and coordination point in the energy division for the internal BIM competence center SBB.

- Your analytical, conceptual and networked thinking allows you to develop, organize and coordinate new topics independently.
- You have already gained experience in the development of use cases in digitalization and the definition of their requirements, as well as in the analysis and modeling of processes.
- In-depth knowledge of the BIM method and standards as well as a good understanding of planning, construction and project processes in the Swiss construction industry are required for this position.
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of digital planning and construction as well as experience in using it in the execution phase.
- To perform this role, you have a university degree in civil engineering, civil information technology or a similar field.
- You can express yourself well in German, both spoken and written (at least B2).
Key requirements

- In der Entwicklung von Anwendungsfällen in der Digitalisierung und der Definition von deren Anforderungen, sowie in der Analyse und Modellierung von Prozessen hast du bereits Erfahrungen sammeln können.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der BIM-Methode und -Standards sowie gutes Verständnis von Planungs-, Bau- und Projektprozessen im Schweizer Bauwesen sind für diese Stelle erforderlich.
- Idealerweise bringst du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich digitales Planen und Bauen sowie Erfahrung in deren Nutzung in der Ausführungsphase mit.
- Zur Ausübung dieser Funktion bringst du einen Hochschulabschluss in Bauingenieurwesen, Bauinformatik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung mit.
- Auf Deutsch kannst du dich in Wort und Schrift gut ausdrücken (mind. B2). Französischkenntnisse oder Italienischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
