LEITpuls positions itself as an independent partner for clients, investors and planning teams in challenging construction projects. The focus is on the integral project management of building engineering topics across all phases – from the early concept and preliminary study phase to planning and execution to commissioning. Project Manager: technical coordination / overall management of building technology 80-100 % We are looking for an experienced personality who takes responsibility and leads the projects to success with our motivated team. These are your tasks
- Overall management and technical coordination in the field of building engineering installations for complex projects
- Representing the client and safeguarding his interests vis-à-vis entrepreneurs, planners and authorities
- Responsibility for communication and coordination with clients, investors, authorities, user groups, specialist planners and other project participants
- Ensuring quality, deadlines and cost targets
- Technical advice and support of the clients in all project phases – from concept development to commissioning / operating phase
You bring that with you
- Training as a dipl. Engineer:in FH or technician:in TS/HF in the field of electrical or HVAC or several years of professional experience in an adequate position
- In-depth experience in project management in energy and building technology or in building engineering systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High personal responsibility and independent working methods
- Willingness and social skills
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
