- Aufbau, Pflege und Steuerung des projektweiten Dokumentenmanagementsystems (DMS) in einem zugeordneten Projekt
- Definition und Überwachung von Dokumentenstandards, Templates und Workflows
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.
- Life Sciences, Qualitätsmanagement, Dokumentationsmanagement, Ingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Main responsibilities
- Aufbau, Pflege und Steuerung des projektweiten Dokumentenmanagementsystems (DMS) in einem zugeordneten Projekt
- Definition und Überwachung von Dokumentenstandards, Templates und Workflows
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 und internen SOPs
- Verwaltung von Dokumentenlebenszyklen (Erstellung, Review, Freigabe, Archivierung)
- Verantwortung für die Projekt-Governance in mittelgrossen und grossen Projekten, inklusive Definition, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Prozessen und Qualitätsrichtlinien.
- Führung und Koordination interner sowie externer Mitarbeitender im Bereich Projektdokumentation, inklusive Aufgabenverteilung, Qualitätssicherung und fachlicher Anleitung.
- Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen, vollständigen und revisionssicheren Projektdokumentation über alle Projektphasen hinweg.
- Etablierung und Pflege einer klaren Ablagestruktur, Versionierung und Freigabeprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem PMO.
- Durchführung von regelmässigen Reviews, Schulungen und Feedbackrunden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Dokumentationsqualität.
- Förderung einer effizienten, transparenten und kollaborativen Arbeitsweise zwischen allen Beteiligten Stakeholdern.
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.
- Life Sciences, Qualitätsmanagement, Dokumentationsmanagement, Ingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Dokumentenmanagement, idealerweise in der Pharma oder Biotech Industrie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen (GMP, GxP, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Erfahrung mit DMS-Systemen (z. Veeva, Documentum, OpenText, SharePoint)
- Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte zu verstehen und zu ordnen Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent in dynamischen Projektumgebungen
