Migros Aare prepares you to run a Migros branch independently and successfully. The compact and practical training is individually tailored to you. Within 12-18 months, you will be fully prepared for your future vice leadership role. Your application will be considered for all branches in the vicinity of the desired workplace.

- Good PC knowledge
- Ideally, more than 4 years of professional experience incl. First management experience
