Do you want to actively shape a comprehensive CRM transformation at Swiss Post and drive the program forward?

In this key role, you not only take responsibility for the successful implementation, but also shape the long-term development and stable operation of the CRM platform after implementation.

As an experienced leader, you bring business, IT and stakeholders together, create orientation in complex project landscapes and ensure that a strategically relevant major project has a lasting impact.

  • In this role, you have overall responsibility for the successful CRM transformation in marketing, sales and customer service and control the program at the Group level with high visibility to the top management and central decision-makers.

  • Together with stakeholders, you define project goals, approach and organization and align everything consistently along the target architecture.
  • You lead an interdisciplinary project team professionally and ensure through active stakeholder management that all relevant stakeholders are involved and make their contribution to achieving goals.
  • You actively manage risks, profitability and business cases and ensure transparency about progress and benefits.
  • For a scalable and production-ready solution, you ensure the necessary prerequisites – including the realization of efficiency and sales potential.
  • You lead the organization through change, create acceptance for new ways of working and empower managers and employees to use the CRM solution sustainably.
  • A structured transfer to the company as well as the subsequent stabilization, governance and further development of the CRM platform are also part of your area of responsibility and form the basis for sustainable operation. You bring that with you
  • A completed degree (master or comparable) in business informatics, business administration or a related field forms your professional basis.
  • Several years of experience in managing complex projects in large organizations or corporations as well as sound practice in CRM or customer experience transformations with high business and IT complexity characterize your career.
  • You know the CRM processes in marketing, sales and customer service and understand their interaction along the customer journey.
  • You bring leadership experience and understand how to align interdisciplinary teams and different stakeholders with common goals, set priorities and make sustainable decisions, even without direct guidance.
