Role overview
Tasks
You look after our patients at the entrance station and ensure a smooth process before the surgery.
- You receive and record the patients, raise vital values, allergies and medications and inform them about the pre- and post-operative procedure.
- You accompany them to the anesthesia pre-disclosure and then hand them over to the surgical area.
- Your tasks also include mainly administrative tasks, obtaining medical reports and preoperative investigations such as blood sampling and ECGs.
- You can expect regular working hours from Monday to Friday, either from 05:30 to 15:00 or from 08:00 to 17:00.
Requirements
- You have completed your training as a medical assistant (MPA) or health specialist and ideally bring appropriate professional experience.
- Conscientious, self-responsible and quality-conscious work as well as good IT knowledge distinguish you.
- A stylish German rounds off your profile.
