Role overview

Tasks

• Development and further development of a clear product vision and strategy for the M365 environment, taking into account organizational requirements, market and technology trends and technical dependencies
• Collection, analysis, prioritization and documentation of requirements and translation into feasible, economical solutions with high acceptance
• Collaboration in the technical and technical conception of modern M365 solutions
• Planning and implementation of roll-outs, with initial focus on SharePoint Online, as well as step-by-step development of the entire platform
• Ensuring the technical and organizational integration of M365 into the existing IT landscape with particular attention to data protection and the handling of sensitive data
• Transparent, target-group-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders over the entire product life cycle
• Professional leadership and close cooperation in an interdisciplinary, cross-functional team Requirements
• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education
• Several years of experience as a product owner, ideally in complex organizations or public administration
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft M365 Cloud Platform beyond pure user knowledge
• Very good understanding of the interaction of people, processes and systems
• Strong communication and moderation skills as well as a high service orientation
• Very good German skills in word and writing, English skills are advantageous
• Product ownership training (e.g.

Scrum PSPO) and/or project management (e.g.
