- This awaits you In a first phase, your focus is on three key topics:
- You are responsible for the development and further development of standardized CI/CD-Pipelines for our central technology stacks.
- You define binding minimum standards for code, security and automation together with the participants.
- You support the teams in dealing with pipelines and standards and ensure that they are anchored in a comprehensible, usable and effective manner.
- In a next step, you will develop the system team further into a central ínlar for further parts of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
- You drive automation throughout the development and delivery process.
- You promote professional software development with clear standards, effective automation and a high degree of maturity.

- You ensure that the system team grows with the requirements of the organization and that its effect is continuously developed and expanded.
- You have an excellent understanding of modern software development, technical platforms and across-the-board collaboration.
- You think strategically and are technically effective in implementation.
- You understand the requirements of modern software development and bring you solid, multi-year experience in topics such as CI/CD, automation, 1056, release management, integration and DevOps with - ideally from complex organizations.
- You can safely move in challenging IT landscapes – including in the interplay of standard software, proprietary developments, cloud-Services and on-prem systems.
- You can develop a clear product vision and structure, update and translate technical topics into a feasible roadmap.
- You can safely work in an environment with different stakeholders and manage to establish common goals and binding control plans and effectively anchor them in an organization.
- You think strategically, but remain pragmatic and solution-oriented in the implementation.
- You can see where standardization is useful and where teams need the necessary space.
- You can speak the German language and communicate clearly, addressately and convincingly.
