- Derivation of functional solution concepts from business requirements
- Support in defining MVPs, prioritization of the giro and development of the product roadmap in close cooperation with the business owner, business project manager and specialists from business and IT
- Long-term experience in the management, control or coordination of complex business/IT projects - experience as a product owner or Scrum Master in a comparable delivery-related role as well as well-founded practice in the development of the agile IT, knowledge in lean management are of benefit
Main responsibilities
- Derivation of functional solution concepts from business requirements
- Support in defining MVPs, prioritization of the giro and development of the product roadmap in close cooperation with the business owner, business project manager and specialists from business and IT
- Translation of technical requirements in epics, user stories and acceptance criteria including management of backlog-refination-Sessions
- Creation of the project delivery plan as well as responsibility for the product backlog and the control of the scrum team
- Preparation and implementation of the sprint planning,
- Presentation of sprint results and product demos, transparent communication to stakeholders and responsibility for the project budget Requirements
- Completed studies in business informatics or commercial training, supplemented by further training in project management
- Extensive communication and moderation competence in German and English
- Structured, implementation-oriented working methods with a High level of initiative What we offer
