As a product owner, you are part of the “Contract Management Process” department and an agile, interdisciplinary team responsible for providing data products in the area of the core non-life insurance business processes.

This is what you do with us

You actively shape the development of our data products for the core processes of the non-life insurance business. Based on the data from the feature teams involved, you ensure that the data can be summarized, edited and optimized for evaluation (hadron stack). On this basis, professional reports are written for the stakeholders of the core processes of the non-life insurance business (Power BI). For this, you count on your openness in dealing with people, your curiosity and your resilience in dealing with uncertainties in topics that are under construction and are ready to go new ways.

As a service-oriented person, you operate an active customer and stakeholder management and develop high-quality customer solutions in cooperation with the product manager, IT architects, business analysts and the agile team.

In the role of Product Owner, you are responsible for the professional leadership of the agile team. You accept requirements, prioritize implementation in the backlog and enable continuous new and further development of the processes.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed studies or completed further education in business administration, business informatics or a similar field
• Several years of professional experience as a product owner or in a comparable function
• Solution-oriented, independent and targeted working methods with the ability to maintain an overview in a complex environment
• Communication strength with strong team and customer orientation as well as strong assertiveness
• Experience in data analysis and data engineering is advantageous
• Experience in the non-life insurance industry is beneficial
• Experience in the SAFe framework is an advantage
• Flowing knowledge of German and good knowledge of English

Requirements

• Kommunikationsstärke mit ausgeprägter Team- und Kundenorientierung sowie starker Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

• Erfahrung im Bereich Daten Analyse und Daten Engineering von Vorteil

• Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche im Bereich Nicht-Leben von Vorteil

• Erfahrungen im SAFe-Framework von Vorteil

• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntniss
