We are not looking for a classic backlog administrator. We are looking for a personality with Drive. Someone who recognizes opportunities, makes decisions, and gets things rolling. As Product Owner Application Management, you take responsibility for the further development of our business-critical applications – from ERP, HRM and DMS to solutions in the area of building infrastructure and fleet management. - You set the direction for our product backlog and provide clarity about priorities
- You create focus in the team and keep momentum high
- You understand business needs, bring together specialist areas, requirements and possibilities and translate them into concrete effects
- You develop vision, roadmap and next steps for our application landscape
- You make decisions – pragmatic, data-based and with added value in mind
- You ensure that operation and further development go hand in hand
- You question the existing and bring new ideas into the implementation

Requirement profile
- Completed studies with a specialisation in computer science or comparable qualification
- Experience as a product owner or in a comparable role in application management
- Very good understanding of business processes and their networking, experience with business applications – ideally ERP, HRM, DMS or similar platforms
- Communication Strength and Ability to Take People
- An agile mindset: taking responsibility, deciding, learning, moving on
- Safety in prioritizing – even if not everything is possible at the same time – as well as pronounced problem-solving skills and time management
- Maker mentality and joy in taking ownership and moving things forward
- The claim to achieve impact instead of managing tasks
- Very good knowledge of German and English (verbal & written)
