- Bonne compréhension des processus de développement et d’industrialisation d’un produit et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Leadership naturel, avec la capacité d’accompagner, challenger, développer et fédérer une équipe;
- Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de priorisation, permettant de conserver une vision globale tout en restant proche des enjeux opérationnels;
- Forte capacité d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision;
- À l’aise dans un environnement exigeant et sous pression, avec la capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément tout en restant structuré, pragmatique et orienté solutions;
- Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité à interagir aussi bien avec les équipes opérationnelles qu’avec les instances de gouvernance;
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais;
- L'allemand est un atout.
