Tasks

• Fresh bread and fresh baked goods are your passion. That’s why you lead our department and give our customers an equally fresh shopping experience at all times.
• You provide supplies: Thanks to you, nothing is missing that the customer wants, you bake bread and present it optimally.
• You are happy to share your great knowledge and advise your customers competently.
• You and your team are one: You lead it and at the same time make everyone feel good.

Requirements

• Have you successfully completed your basic retail education or have you gained a lot of experience in sales? Great!
• You score with us if you already lead people and have experience in sales – for example in a similar function.
• Additional points are also available for your knowledge of bread and baked goods.
• You master German very well, in writing and orally.
