- Eine sehr genaue, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
- Du hast Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten, gehst auch mit hohem Arbeitsvolumen souverän um und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen zusammen.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Beschaffungsadministration, idealerweise im öffentlichen Beschaffungswesen.
- SAP Ariba Sourcing beherrschst du bereits oder du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, dich zügig in das System einzuarbeiten. SIMAP kennst du aus der Praxis oder du möchtest dich in das Umfeld öffentlicher Vergaben einarbeiten.
- Mit einer kaufmännischen oder technischen Grundausbildung sowie einer passenden Weiterbildung oder mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion bringst du eine solide Basis mit.
- Für diese Position erwarten wir stil- und verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Französisch und/oder Italienischkenntnisse begrüssen wir.
