- Together with relevant stakeholders, you define roles, responsibilities and decision-making paths in process management and ensure that these are successfully implemented in practice.
- You will analyze existing cross-channel processes and interfaces, identify potential for optimization between the individual channels and implement improvements together with the process managers.

- As a technical contact person, you bring the process perspective to cross-sectoral projects, coordinate different stakeholders and bring different interests together to create viable solutions.

- You have several years of experience in process architecture and process engineering.
- You have already successfully developed complex process landscapes.
- You think in end-to-end processes and understand the interplay between business requirements, systems and customer interfaces.
Application process
- You apply BPMN 2.0 safely, work routinely with ADONIS or a comparable process management tool and have experience with agile working methods and the professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams.
Company and context
- In addition, you have built up or further developed process governance in a larger organization and sustainably anchored it in practice.
- You are familiar with the basic concepts of enterprise architecture and ideally have experience with TOGAF or a comparable framework as well as certification.
- You communicate orally and in writing very well in a first national language and have good knowledge of a second national language.
