Portrait The school Lützelflüh is a lively and versatile school with five locations: the primary school village with the four kindergartens in Lützelflüh, the secondary school 1 Lützelflüh, the primary school with kindergarten in Grünenmatt and the school houses Egg and Ranflüh. Around 430 pupils are taught and accompanied by more than 50 dedicated teachers from kindergarten to secondary level 1.
Tasks
- Together with the school management team, you will take over the operational, personnel and pedagogical leadership of the Lützelflüh school with around 60 teachers at five locations.
- Together with the school management team, which is led by the head of the school, you implement the strategic guidelines of the school commission.
- As a member of the school management team, you are actively involved in school and teaching development and contribute to the further development of the entire school.
- -Within the school management team, your focus is on the leadership and further development of the secondary level 1.
- They assume management and organizational tasks in accordance with the cantonal teacher employment legislation and contribute to a constructive, appreciative cooperation within the school.
Requirements
- They have an educational education and ideally bring several years of teaching experience.
- -You have completed or are ready to complete school management training.
- You bring leadership skills and experience and understand how to accompany employees in an appreciative, clear and solution-oriented manner.
- They enjoy working in a team, appreciate the mutual exchange and actively contribute to a constructive cooperation in the school management team.
- -You are interested in contemporary school and teaching development and bring your own ideas and impulses.
