Do you love building a bridge from the playful exploration of the foundation stage to the systematic learning of primary school?
Do you enjoy working with structured, open learning formats, value differentiation by level and want to give children in Grade 2 the space to discover the world creatively, actively and through inquiry?
For our dedicated class team, we are looking for a motivated educational professional from February 1, 27 or earlier who will enrich our Grade 2 class on two half-days.
- Your teaching days: Monday afternoon and Wednesday morning
- Your subject areas: TTG, BG, Sport and NMG
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities with us
VARIED TEACHING
- You teach the subjects Textiles and Technical Design (TTG), Visual Arts (BG), Movement and Sport, and Nature, Human Beings and Society (NMG) in a Grade 2 class.
PEDAGOGICAL CONTINUITY
- In your lesson planning, you are guided by the open learning approaches and playful elements of foundation-stage pedagogy and implement them in the day-to-day teaching of the Grade 2 class.
TEAMWORK WITHIN THE CLASS TEAM
- You work closely with your colleagues to provide the children with harmonious and continuous guidance and support.

QUALIFICATION
- You hold an EDK-recognized teaching diploma (kindergarten/lower primary or primary level) or are close to completing it.
PEDAGOGICAL APPROACH
- You bring experience with or a strong interest in foundation-stage pedagogy and know how to design instruction that is differentiated by level and action-oriented.
CREATIVITY AND VERVE
- The workshop, gym and classroom are lively learning spaces for you where the children can act with a sense of agency.
RELIABILITY
- The fixed times on Monday afternoons and Wednesday mornings can be perfectly integrated into your daily routine.
