In assisted living at igs Bern, we offer people with severe cognitive and psychological impairment a home. Five residents live in each of our four residential groups: we accompany them around the clock during 365 days of the year. The daily structure is adapted to their individual needs and possibilities. Self-determination, autonomy and quality of life are our focus. In the residential group Wega in Fraubrunnen BE we offer on 1. August 2027 an apprenticeship as a specialist care EFZ people with disabilities.

- You accompany our residents in everyday life and support them in living as self-determined as possible.
- You will perform household tasks together with the residents and actively involve them.
- You plan and design activities inside and outside the residential group.
- You support the residents in their personal care.
- Together with the team and the residents, you will perform everyday tasks such as cooking and shopping.
- You participate in team meetings and supervisions and bring your ideas to the table. You bring that with you
- Completion of compulsory schooling
- Joy in dealing with people with disabilities and interest in a versatile field of care and support
- Responsibility, reliability and joy in working in a team
