Your tasks

• As a health specialist in psychiatry, you accompany our patients and involve their relatives
• In doing so, you carry out a wide range of tasks in the areas of activation, everyday life and relationship design, care, hospitality and administration and support people with mental illnesses according to needs and situations in everyday life.
• For example, you help with daily body care, standing up, dressing and undressing, shopping, cooking or in the design of their everyday life.
• You perform medical-technical tasks such as measuring blood pressure, pulse and temperature as well as blood sampling and administering medication

• You are at least 17 years old at the beginning of your education
• You have high empathy, an appreciative attitude and good communication skills
• You enjoy working in a team and have a high sense of responsibility
• You have a good knowledge of German
• You are flexible and can imagine completing part of your training in Burgdorf or Langnau
