Role overview

- The specialist application Occupation Planning (BELPLAN) with about 1700 users and the Centralized Shooting Displays (ZenSA) with about 120 users professionally and administratively supervise as well as support and advise the users and supervise the branch offices connected to the specialist applications
- Design, plan and implement training courses for specialized applications in the official languages, and develop and update training documents and application manuals
- Write statements and answer inquiries from military and civilian circles on service and occupancy planning, BELPLAN and ZenSA as well as draft new directives and guidelines and keep existing à jour
- Ensure correct mapping and compliance with the deployment concept in BELPLAN and participate in the further development of specialist applications within the framework of computer science projects
- University of applied sciences degree or higher specialist training in a field relevant to the function (e.g. computer science, project management) with 2-3 years of functionally relevant experience
- Very good knowledge of computer science, especially in the areas of databases and geographic information systems
- Good knowledge of project management, preferably according to HERMES as well as experience in computer science projects and in dealing with specialist applications
- Strong ability for analytical, networked and conceptual thinking, good editorial skills, as well as an independent, goal-oriented and quality-conscious working method
