Main responsibilities
- You ensure the smooth operation of the hotline according to operational planning and are the first point of contact for incoming fault reports
- You coordinate and monitor order management from entry through prioritization to on-time implementation
- You record technical concerns, record them in the system and ensure clean and complete documentation
- You process the accounts payable workflow and ensure correct processing of invoices
- You handle administrative tasks as well as the Correspondence for the department and supports the team in day-to-day operational business Requisiti
- Ideally professional experience: in a comparable function
- Completed basic or further training: as a businesswoman/salesman, business school or in retail
- You have a strong customer and service orientation with a high level of initiative You are familiar with MS Office programs
