Company and context
- In close cooperation with partners such as railway companies or blue light organizations, you will dispose of staff and vehicles at short notice.
- You use modern systems such as ISA, Planbox and the Disruption Manager efficiently to optimize processes.
- You actively participate in the further development of processes and tools of the control center and bring your own ideas for improvement.
- As part of the emergency organization, you take on a central role and act responsibly in special situations such as accidents, natural events or security incidents – quickly, prudently and solution-oriented. You bring that with you
- A completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ), ideally in the commercial, technical or logistical sector, forms the basis for this function.
- You have experience in disposition, control center or a comparable environment – ideally in public transport.
- In-depth knowledge of digital tools and systems such as ISA, Planbox or the disruption manager as well as security in the use of MS 365 is required.
- You have strong communication skills, a secure appearance and bring team spirit and personal responsibility.
- You like to work in shifts, also on weekends, holidays and in the pikettdienst, take on responsibility in marginal times.
- You communicate well orally and in writing in German and have good (oral) knowledge in a second national language.
