- Insurance and the Canton of Bern (GSI).
In addition to monthly billing, you independently take on versatile and complex tasks in customer administration and are a competent contact person for specialist questions.
With your customer- and service-oriented nature, you make an important contribution to our customers, their relatives and our colleagues at the locations of inpatient and outpatient care and thus actively contribute to a positive perception of the Concara Group.
- Experience in customer support or customer management is advantageous
- Windows Office knowledge (especially Excel)
- Professional and appreciative telephone contact
- Style-confident knowledge of German in words and writing
- Structured and independent working methods
