- Personal reception of patients in the emergency room
- Administrative recording, processing of patient data and preparation of documents
- Ensuring a full cost guarantee (certification of insurance relationships)
- Co-design of processes and optimization of internal working methods
- Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation (including nursing, doctors, security service) Communication and coordination
- Commercial basic training or good knowledge of Microsoft IT tools (word, Outlook, Excel) German or French mother tongue with very good knowledge (oral / written) of the other language.
